what will it cost?
We recognise solicitors' charges can leave people feeling they have no access to the law. Often they go without help until the problem becomes critical. At martin searle solicitors we are committed to providing expert community care advice and social services advice at affordable rates.
If you have a low income or receive state benefits you may be eligible for Legal Help Funding to cover some of the costs of preparing your case. You may also have the benefit of legal expenses insurance without being aware of it. Before making an appointment we will determine whether you qualify for any of these funding options and discuss the alternatives.
Alternatively, you may want to see one of our solicitors using our fixed fee initial interview scheme (£150 plus VAT). We provide a one-hour community care advice session to advise you on your rights and the merits of any complaint you may have.
If it is necessary to instruct us to do further work after the initial interview, we will discuss funding rates appropriate to your financial circumstances.
