martin searle solicitors in Brighton requires two experienced employment lawyers/legal executives or employment caseworkers to expand its employment team. The team consists of a director, caseworker, two solicitors, one trainee and five HR consultants.

We are looking for technically able practitioners to join our busy department. You must be a team player with a passion for employment law who will assist us in continuing to build our reputation as a firm with integrity and commitment to its clients.
The successful candidates will be expected to carry out their own advocacy to at least Preliminary Review/Case Management stage.
We welcome applications from candidates who wish to work flexible/part time hours and will also consider candidates who prefer to work on a consultancy basis.
