martin searle solicitors has marked its fourth anniversary by taking on its 2000th case. Specialising in employment law advice, community care law and legal advice for tenants and landlords, the Brighton solicitors firm is now a well-established part of the local community as well providing specialist legal services nationwide.
Since its launch in 2004, martin searle solicitors has built a reputation in the city for its employment law work and has recently expanded the employment team. Where the firm originally largely helped employees – often taking on discrimination in the workplace cases – it now works on an equal mix of claimant and employer work. Employer clients range from small start-ups to councils employing thousands. martin searle solicitors also now works alongside a team of six human resources consultants to offer a seamless and cost-efficient service where employers need both legal and HR expertise.
