Intro
As a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alison is an accomplished human resources professional with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering high quality HR services within the public sector. She has worked predominantly for the National Probation Service and National Health Service.

Alison has experience establishing HR teams and developing employment policies and strategies in many organisations. She has a sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice and provides clear and practical advice on the full range of employment issues.
Alison also offers expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training packages for managers on issues such as:

- Stress awareness
- Grievance and disciplinary procedures

Alison had a track record of building effective relationships at the most senior levels in organisations as well as with managers, trade union representatives and staff. She is also a Board Member for Sussex Oakleaf (a third sector organisation providing housing, mental health, homelessness and substance misuse services).
