martin searle solicitors in the Community

As a community law firm we play an active role in our local communities focusing our voluntary activities where we can add the greatest value. We host regular free legal advice clinics with local charities to support individuals and community groups having problems with:

  • Discrimination in the workplace.
  • Fair access to work due to discrimination in all its guises – race, sex, sexual orientation, transgender, age, pregnancy, disability, and religion and belief.
  • Access to social and health care services and housing.
  • Employment rights or access to public services as a result of caring responsibilities.

In 2010 we won the Sussex Business in the Community Award and we have been shortlisted for Law Society National Excellence Awards in Community Involvement in 2009 ad 2010.
