martin searle solicitors is delivering an employment law workshop for third sector and social enterprise staff responsible for personnel and human resources. The workshop will cover all you need to know about handling a fair grievance and disciplinary procedure.
To be held in central Brighton on May 20, 2010 (9.30am - 12.30pm), the workshop is organised by Brighton Community Partnership.
Since the introduction of the Acas Code in April 2009 there has been confusion as to what is now required to ensure that the correct procedures are followed. This workshop will provide precedent grievance and disciplinary policies and will give participants the opportunity to update their current knowledge and understand best practice.
The usual cost of this workshop would be £200 per participant. The event is FREE thanks to the support of martin searle solicitors and National Lottery funding.
