The Digital Media HR Group’s first meeting will look at the role of appraisals in performance management. The meeting is on Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 8.30am-10.00am at Madgex’s North Street offices in Brighton.
The meeting will be led by Fiona Martin of martin searle solicitors and Annabel Shilton, of Spirit in Business. The meeting will look at appraisals in the context of performance management and ask what is best practice. Fiona will also provide examples of Employment Tribunals scrutinising an employee’s appraisals to decide whether they have been subject to unfair dismissal and /or discrimination.
