Fiona Martin, a director at martin searle solicitors, is to address a seminar on multi-cultural employment practices in Brighton on October 7, 2009.
Organised by LEADER (Brighton & Hove), the seminar an opportunity for employers, large and small, to discover and profit from best practice in multi-cultural employment.
Also speaking at the seminar will be colleagues from Freeman Breckon Accountants and Brighton & Hove City Council. The seminar will concentrate on:
- The current position
- The legal implications of recently introduced legislation
- How employers have encouraged and benefited from cultural diversity
The seminar is FREE for LEADER members. There is a £15 fee for other attendees. Attendees will receive a CPD certificate.
