Sussex-based employment law specialists martin searle solicitors has joined forces with Disability Equals Business to offer a series of free training seminars for local employers.
These morning seminars (9.30am-1.00pm) will keep employers up to date with legislation and current best employment practice. There are two morning seminars offered on a number of dates with a buffet lunch included.
Disability and Employment Law will introduce employers to diversity and disability in the workplace, clarifying their rights and responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act. The Disability in the Workplace seminar will cover issues of disability and equality in depth, helping employers understand how diversity can be promoted to the benefit of every business.
