Fiona Martin, employment law solicitor at martin searle solicitors, is to address a GP Forum Practice Management event on December 16, 2009 at the Stanhill Court Hotel, Gatwick.
During an afternoon session, Fiona will cover a number of employment law issues, including the new Acas disciplinary procedure and grievance procedures (Acas code).
Fiona will also address other topical issues including managing performance in the workplace and sickness absence. The absence session will also cover disability discrimination law and how it relates to the requirement to make reasonable adjustments.
