Brighton-based martin searle solicitors is boosting its employment law team with the appointment of a new expert employment law case worker. The team’s expansion comes as the firm celebrates its fourth successful year.
Stuart Markless joins as an experienced case worker from the trade union team at Pattinson & Brewer in London. Stuart previously worked as the employment law supervisor at the Brighton & Hove Citizens Advice Bureau. Specialising in employment law cases, Stuart has regularly represented clients in employment tribunals, including cases involving discrimination in the work place and disciplinary procedures at work.
Stuart says: “It’s great to be joining a local firm of employment law solicitors with such a strong reputation in this field. There is a great demand for advice and representation with employment issues and I am looking forward to helping provide this.”
