The Sussex Business Guide to Disability

This guide is aimed at people who run small or medium sized businesses and focuses on what businesses need to know about employing disabled people, and the Disability Discrimination Act (the DDA). The guide provides examples of how easy it is to make changes in line with the DDA – changes that also have wider business benefits. The guide also includes a detailed fact-sheet section. The Sussex Business Guide to Disability was produced by Disability Equals Business.


The Sussex Disability Employment Directory

This directory aims to assist employers in Sussex who employ disabled people or who have an employee who becomes disabled, and can help both employer and employee find answers to disability employment matters. It is a searchable directory of useful organisations and their contact details. It was commissioned and funded by Disability Equals Business.
