Our HR Digital Media Group was founded in 2006 by Fiona Martin, co-founder of Martin Searle Solicitors in partnership with Madgex and Wired Sussex.
We welcome business owners, HR Managers, directors and employees responsible for personnel issues who work in the Digital Media Sector.
This Session
Alison Lyon
Leading this session is Alison Lyon, a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Business Coach. Alison is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience of delivering high quality HR support and advice in a wide range of organisations within the public, private and third sectors. She has spent many years working within the NHS and the Criminal Justice System before establishing her own HR Consultancy in 2008. Alison combines this with her role as a Panellist for the Judicial Appointments Commission as ‘Fitness to Practice’ panellist with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and as an Associate Financial Ombudsman.
