Pregnancy and Maternity Discrimination – A Guide for Advisers representing Employees and Workers

Our free seminar for employee advisors is part of our campaign – Mind The Bump, which runs throughout January 2023 to stamp out pregnancy and maternity discrimination in the workplace. This is designed for Employee Advisors and Trade Union Representatives.

Fiona Martin, Director and Head of Employment Law, will advise on how you can best assist employees and workers who are pregnant or on maternity leave, and are subjected to detriments or treated unfavourably at work.

Our seminar will focus on useful tactics to hold employers to account by reminding them of their  legal obligations and duties. We will look at specific case studies and the types of remedies available.

Our seminar will be recorded and will be made available on our website as a future resource for advisers all over the UK.
