Martin Searle Solicitors offers training programmes covering the full range of Community Care Law issues, from a general introduction to much more in-depth single-topic workshops. Each training session is designed to meet your exact needs and the programme is agreed with you in advance.

The practical workshop-based training is delivered by Cate Searle, Paula Jones and Victoria Crick, specialists in all Community Care Law issues, including NHS Continuing Healthcare training.

We deliver training to Deputies and Attorneys, private client lawyers, PI litigators and other legal professionals and to the voluntary and charitable sector, including Advocacy and Advice organisations. Our aim is to ensure that your team are fully up to date with case law, guidance and practical tips, so that they can develop the best approach the challenging legal issues that the older, vulnerable or disabled client group experience.
