The Association of Lifetime Lawyers National Conference

Cate Searle, Director and Head of Community Care law is speaking at the Association of Lifetime Lawyers National Conference.

The conference covers a number of legal issues including surrogacy, wills, lasting powers of attorney, family estrangement and the Inheritance Act, and adult safeguarding.

Cate will join four other experts – Caroline Bielanska, Ian Bond, Kirsty Limacher and Tom Dumond to cover these issues through a day-long case study where they address the challenges that a blended family face throughout their lifetime. Cate will focus on adult safeguarding, including mental capacity issues relevant to end of life care decisions and securing statutory funding for a relative to be cared for at home.
