Welfare Issues for Professional Deputies – What You Need To Know

Paula Jones, Associate Solicitor and Professional Deputies Service Lead, is running a free virtual training and Q&A session for Professional Deputies. This session will cover common welfare issues that Professional Deputies increasingly have to grapple with, including whether these issues can be addressed within a Deputy’s general authority without having to resort to an application to the Court of Protection.

This session will include:

Paula will share her extensive experience of resolving complex commissioning disputes and the session will provide an opportunity for attendees to share their experiences. There will be a Q&A and we encourage attendees to submit questions in advance.
