Westminster Employment Forum policy conference: Priorities for supporting people with disabilities in the workplace

Fiona Martin, Director and Head of Employment Law, will be speaking on a panel at the Westminster Employment Forum policy conference, addressing Approaches to harnessing an inclusive workplace for people with disabilities.

 The forum addresses the policy priorities for supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace, and focuses on the return, retention and progression of disabled employees. It will also assess priorities in ensuring that both businesses and individuals have the resources, knowledge and opportunities to create and inclusive and safe work environment, where disabled people are able to succeed in fulfilling careers.

Fiona will appear alongside a number of specialist participants in the area, including Mark Hodgkinson, Chief Executive of Scope, and Eleanor Gall, Policy Manager for Disability and Ethnicity for the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

This conference follows on from Disability Matters, our annual October campaign to stamp out disability discrimination in the workplace.

This is an online conference and will run on Microsoft Teams.
