We are looking for tenants for the lower ground floor of our five-storey period building (418 sq ft). The property is situated on Marlborough Place overlooking the revamped Jubilee Gardens. The two offices, plus a middle room for copying/scanning, are a good size, suitable for social distancing and can be accessed via a separate street access.
There are shared kitchen and WC facilities.
Rent is charged at £9,000 per annum inclusive of utility bills as well as cleaning of the common areas (kitchen and toilets), building maintenance and insurance. Business rates are charged on a pro rata basis as the whole building is assessed as one. The approximate rates payable for the office is £2,680 per annum.
